Frequently asked questions
- How much does a pet sitter cost in Amadora?
- Each sitter sets their own price. Pertu adds a service fee of 5% to 15%, never more than €25. You see the exact total before sending your request.
- What if nobody accepts my request?
- If no sitter confirms within 2 hours the request is closed and you pay nothing. If you already paid by MB WAY or PayPal, the amount is refunded automatically.
- How are sitters selected?
- All of them verify their identity, give 2 references that we contact and complete a course. They are independent professionals: each decides which requests to accept.
- What happens if my pet needs a vet?
- If it results from something that happened during the service, the Vet Guarantee reimburses the invoice above the first €50, up to €300. It is a commercial guarantee, not insurance.
